Kaikoura

New Zealand is jaw dropping. This morning we crossed the Cook Strait through the Marlborough Sounds to Picton on the South Island. Then we hopped on a bus which took us to the Whale watching town of Kaikoura. Out of the left window I could see a lone surfer riding a perfect point break, then out of the right window I looked up into the snow covered Southern Alps. Sod living anywhere in Australia, I want to live here, own some sheep and live in the middle of nowhere skiing in the winter and surfing in the summer.
