Waitomo Glowworms.

I have been excited about this ever since Scott told me about it in Thailand. We arrived in Waitomo, dropped our bags and ran to the caves. It was AMAZING! They are little worms who lie in a hammock hanging from the cieling, they drop down sticky strings and make their tails glow bright green which attracts flys. The flys get stuck in the strings, then the worm reels the flys up and eats them. The more hungry the worm the brighter its light is. Awesome.
They dont allow photos inside but a photo wouldnt do it justice anyway, its like looking straight up at the milkyway.
I got Sam to make the guide take us through twice :)
