Never Take Valium When...

....you haven't checked how long your flight is going to take. We woke up in Sydney at 7:30am after 2 hours sleep, all four of us still drunk (especially Andy). After laughing at each others hangovers over a cup of tea, it was time to leave for the airport. Thinking our flight to NZ would be about 6 hours long Patrick suggests we take a few valiums to knock us out. His advice... take them just before you board. That we did.
The flight landed a meer 2 hrs 45mins later and the drugs had only just kicked in. Sam and I were screwed. Our eye lids were dragging on the floor and the hypnotic movement of our bags circling the baggage belt 3 times took us deeper into sleep. How we arrived at our hostel I have no idea! Anyway, we are hear in NZ and it is stunning.
