Bolivian Breakfast

On day one of our trip we had our first breakfast at the Bolivian border, and it was fit for Kings.
We had fresh bread, cold meats and cheeses, jams and preserves, teas and coffees, and, in the center of this feast...a generous plateful of newly picked coca leafs!
